Horrible experience
August 1, 2025My inlaws lived there for 2 months, it was the worse experience of their lives. They had to have it professionally cleaned it was sub standard cleaning from them. Window sill were painted moved dirt, kitchen countertops were rigged with strips of paint over the top and sealed to make them look decent. Wind came through the patio door always saying the blinds. Water came through bedroom winds when it rained. Bathroom ceiling leaked, pipes backed up into kitchen creating sink filling up and ...overflowing. Neighbor above had autistic child that couldn't be controlled by parent, throwing things in the middle of the night . Refrigerator was cheap grate shelves made it impossible to stand bottles up in it. . office staff arrogant. Breezeway always nasty and dirty. Maintenance slow to impossible to get things fixed right. Stove top burners fit improperly food slid to front side of pan. Oh my it was all bad.Property. Inside and out was never maintained, no plants worth growing, trash found everywhere. Dogs allowed to potty and no owner made to clean up. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this place at a -10. Renter be aware.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2020I love living at Village Square Apartments. It’s within walking distance to everything I need...Walmart, shopping, banks, restaurants, healthcare, and even a gym! July 4, 2019We love living here. It's family and community oriented. The staff does an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. They are on top of maintenance orders. I have two kids ages 7 and 3, the pool and playground areas are always kept immaculate. I feel safe walking at night and letting my kids play on the playground. The apartment manager Leslie is very down to earth and very easy to talk to. She takes issues serious and handles them in a very professional, ...respectful manner. Great place to live
March 13, 2018I am leaving Village Square after 8 years only because I am relocating to Florida. This is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The in apartment washer and dryer along with the large walk in closet were big selling points for me. I live alone and have always felt safe here. The apartments are off the main road and quiet but still close to everything. I have to mention the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Love where I live
February 27, 2018I am currently living in Village Square Apartments. It is a great place to live. I am within walking distance of restaurants, my bank, and even Wal-Mart. Moving out for the first time... A pleasant experience
February 20, 2018I moved to Cabot from Little Rock to take a job that was close by, and this was my first time moving out on my own. This community exceeded my expectations. The apartments were built in 2003, but they feel a lot newer than that and they are well taken care of. The office staff are wonderful--they keep up with you and are very easy to work with. When they're not there, they have an answering service that will handle any questions or requests you may have. Maintenance is great, when my dryer ...broke, the gentleman caught me outside while I was going to work to tell me that extra parts were being ordered to fix it, and as a courtesy just brought in another dryer so I'd have one as soon as possible. Pest control comes in routinely to spray every apartment so you don't have to worry about bugs getting in from outside or from anyone else's. You will live around clean, friendly people, a few of them are police officers, many are members of the military. Nobody's afraid to say "Good morning!" to you as you walk out the door to go to work in the morning. I have always felt safe here because of the people, the courtesy officer that lives in the same building as me and being able to have the included security system. The pool is kept very clean and they have a nice park by it if you have kids. Everyone says the schools around here are fantastic. Floor plans are very affordable, especially since your water is paid. Even the smallest floor plan, 1 bedroom, is very spacious and intuitively laid out. I was able to fit a king bed set with end tables, television, bookshelf, desk and lateral file cabinet in my bedroom and still feel comfortable. People will be jealous of your bathroom because of how big it is. You only have to take one right turn and go through one light to get on the highway. You are in walking distance from Walmart... I get my oil changed there and it is so convenient to be able to walk back home while they do it. If you are looking for any other apartment in Cabot, look no further. August 11, 2017I have lived at Village Square for 4 1/2 years and am only leaving here because I am moving to Illinois to be closer to family. I love my apartment and the community here. It is a very safe and pleasant place to call home. All the other tenants I have met here have been very pleasant and willing to lend a hand if you are in need of help. The Staff goes out of their way to meet your needs. They are not only staff here. they are also like family. They sponser activities for the children like a ...Halloween party, swimming pool, playground and have lunches and a mobile library in the summer. July 21, 2017Great place to live. No water bill, don't have to mow or weed eat. maintenance men fix everything. Just give management a call and they'll send somebody right away.
