Horrible experience

My inlaws lived there for 2 months, it was the worse experience of their lives. They had to have it professionally cleaned it was sub standard cleaning from them. Window sill were painted moved dirt, kitchen countertops were rigged with strips of paint over the top and sealed to make them look decent. Wind came through the patio door always saying the blinds. Water came through bedroom winds when it rained. Bathroom ceiling leaked, pipes backed up into kitchen creating sink filling up and ...
overflowing. Neighbor above had autistic child that couldn't be controlled by parent, throwing things in the middle of the night . Refrigerator was cheap grate shelves made it impossible to stand bottles up in it. . office staff arrogant. Breezeway always nasty and dirty. Maintenance slow to impossible to get things fixed right. Stove top burners fit improperly food slid to front side of pan. Oh my it was all bad.Property. Inside and out was never maintained, no plants worth growing, trash found everywhere. Dogs allowed to potty and no owner made to clean up. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this place at a -10. Renter be aware.
