This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with such nice neighbors. The office was so helpful to me. And maintenance is always busy taking care of everything. My dog Daisy and I love living so close to the lake.

I moved in here as my first apartment with a roommate who was a nightmare. The amenities were great and it’s the best place for the lowest price for a two bed and two bath. What could’ve made the whole experience better would’ve been me moving here by myself but the next best thing was Kai, the Manager in the leasing Office, who helped make everything easier for me from the start. Horrible stay far away!

It has gone down hill in the past year. Maintenance doesn’t fix things. Roaches have started to take over. Office staff is unresponsive to downright cruel. Don’t live here. Stay Far far away! It has become rampant in drug use, and complaints are laughed at. Nothing good here. Go somewhere else.

Tammy and Suzannah are AMAZING!!! I have been currently struggling financially and with family emergencies left and right. Every time I tell them I need more time on rent or ANYTHING due to my circumstances they both are empathetic and give me the time I need. They are very kind every time I see, and talk to them. They know me, and even the apartment number I’m in. It makes me feel special when they know exactly who I am and where. Maintenance is very quick to come and fix anything wrong/broke in ...
