I love it here!

Great First Apartment!
September 1, 2021I moved in here as my first apartment with a roommate who was a nightmare. The amenities were great and it’s the best place for the lowest price for a two bed and two bath. What could’ve made the whole experience better would’ve been me moving here by myself but the next best thing was Kai, the Manager in the leasing Office, who helped make everything easier for me from the start. Had a lot of issues with who I was living with but not where I was living. Can’t even thank her enough for the ...patience and communication I received while my lease went up. Horrible stay far away!
March 1, 2020It has gone down hill in the past year. Maintenance doesn’t fix things. Roaches have started to take over. Office staff is unresponsive to downright cruel. Don’t live here. DO NOT RENT HERE
January 25, 2020The secretary/front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! They do NOT care about the renters/tenants. They will do anything to get the most money out of you. They lie. They do not follow the rules. They find joy in ruining your name when you apply anywhere else. We called 10+ times about a situation and not once did they answer the phone. It's like they weren't even doing their job at all. We called several times within 2-3hrs. It just rang and rang. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent here. Best Management I have EVER had at an apartment complex!!!
October 11, 2019Tammy and Suzannah are AMAZING!!! I have been currently struggling financially and with family emergencies left and right. Every time I tell them I need more time on rent or ANYTHING due to my circumstances they both are empathetic and give me the time I need. They are very kind every time I see, and talk to them. They know me, and even the apartment number I’m in. It makes me feel special when they know exactly who I am and where. Maintenance is very quick to come and fix anything wrong/broke in ...the apartment. I have been here for a little over a year and I have never had issues with bad people in the complex/neighborhood, theft, or management. It’s very clean, and quite which I love. And there is even a sheriff that lives here too so we are all made to feel safe. My neighbors are great people and very respectful of us other tenants. March 29, 2018Since retiring here to Hot Springs and choosing Village Square as my home, I am very pleased to say that this is more like a family then just an apartment complex.. Everyone is very friendly here and if I need something repaired it is always done that day.... I appreciate so much how the staff here works and truly cares about their residents.
