I’m going to miss living here!!
October 30, 2024I lived here for the past 2 years and all I can say is that Village Terrace is hands down the best apartment complex in Cortland. The apartments themselves are very spacious, well kept, the sound insulation is incredible, and the complex grounds are immaculately kept year round. And of course the property manager Chloee was a huge help to me from move in to move out. I will genuinely miss living here and if it weren’t for my new job I would have happily stayed indefinitely.Property Manager Responded

I cannot say enough good things about them!
June 8, 2020My boyfriend and I lived in a one bedroom with our two dogs for about a year and would have stayed much longer if we didn’t have to move for personal reasons. The property manager Chloee and leasing agent Layah are some of the most kind hearted, genuine people I have ever met and treated us like family for the short amount of time we lived there! They addressed any concerns in a timely and efficient manner and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our apartment. They ...also showed so much love to our fur babies and always had treats ready for them whenever we visited the office! Whenever we put in a maintenance request (which was rarely), the maintenance people were always on top of it and made sure to fix the problem right away. The courtyard out back is so spacious and was such a lovely place to walk our dogs as well as lay out/play frisbee when the weather was nice. We really enjoyed our time at Village Terrace and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place to live in Cortland!Property Manager Responded

A Wonderful Place to Live
October 2, 2017I reside in a two bedroom and I am in my second year here and could not be more pleased. The staff is attentive and cheerful and the maintenance is beyond expectations. The apartments are constructed with intricate care and so quiet you almost believe you have no neighbors because you cannot hear them. The people I see when I leave my home are friendly and polite. I have a wonderful neighborhood to be in. Close to all necessities and convenient transportation venues, I do not think you can do ...better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very Awful
May 19, 2017I expressed that we were driving two hours to see the only one bedroom that they had available and were very interested. At the end of the tour the lady said that she would email me the application so I could do it online and they did not want to do it right then. She expressed she would be getting back to me within the day so I could sign the lease. Well she never did and when I called the next day, less than 24 hours later they said they had leased the apartment! Absolutely unbelievable ...and very rude!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
