Beautiful Apartments, Awful Management
July 16, 2020We lived here for two years and loved the property. Very dog friendly, new appliances, beautifully landscaped, and lots of walking paths. Unfortunately some management hasn’t had a day of hospitality training. After moving out, our security deposit took three weeks to come back to us and was written incorrectly so we could not deposit it. We politely called to have it reissued and the assistant immediately had an attitude with us. After 5 minutes of belittling us, she hung up on us without ...offering a solution. Sad to say this isn’t the only issue that management has had with tenants, but definitely the most shocking since all we asked for was our money back.
