Misleading lease
April 12, 2023DO not recommend living here if using this as stepping stone for home purchase. We leased here while we were looking for a house to buy because section #31 of their clause in the lease states that you are able to sublease with written consent but that was not the case. Then they tried to tell me that is a Florida standard. As a Floridian born and raised, that is NOT the standard... I have been able to sublease in other properties in Orlando by adding someone else to the lease and removing myself. ...Simple.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
July 27, 2022I live at Village at Baldwin Park since 2020 and I love this place. It’s beautiful, quiet and safe. The staff are very very nice they are always ready to help and they take a great care of this place, Emily and Bradley are great friends (they work at the office). Village a Baldwin Park activity center
July 23, 2022This is hands down the best gym in the Baldwin area as far as equipment. Also has a pool+ hot tub, pool tab, lounge area, and computers for working or going online. The staff in the office is very nice especially Emily!Property Manager Responded

Great Community!

Awful!!!
November 9, 2021Great apartment when you moved in, but beware. I lived here for a total of four years and multiple appliances would break and they would take sometimes weeks to fix. The apartments have a ventilation problem in the master bath, everything would mold and the air vents would rust. I had the air vents replaced 4 times. When I moved out I was charged $145 to replace the carpet, carpet was in my apartment for 4 years. I was charged $200 to clean the apartment, I cleaned the apartment before I ...moved. After taking my money and calls for 4 years, when I questioned the fees I was told that they could only answer my move out questions via email, they would not speak to me. Awesome Experience!
July 21, 2018I've lived in several apartments due to the nature of my profession, and have been most pleased with Village at Baldwin Park. Baldwin Park is an amazing neighborhood to start with. But living here made the experience even better. What stood out to me most was the attentiveness of the leasing office and maintenance staff. Always timely, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The amenities here are great as is the location of this property. You're right next to Lake Baldwin and Cady Way trail, ...and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid any traffic noise in the main village.
