I love this property

Since I moved in, the ladies in the office and the maintenance team have been wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and willing to make living here very nice. The property is well maintained (trash dumpsters are empties regularly), the grounds are kept clean from trash and the pool, which was previously thought to be closed permanently has been repaired and will be open for the summer. The office Halloween decorations are fantastic as well. I'm very happy to live here!

I was very surprised to find such close apartments to the CMU in Mount Pleasant and they have great rooms at a great price. Thanks for helping me in such a short amount of time. Pros: Fast, friendly, great rooms and location. Cons: Wish I would have looked here sooner : )

I love living at VABG. The staff are nice, the clubhouse has free printing for whenever you need it, and the property is sooo beautiful in the summertime! I have had a great experience living here since August so much that I renewed!

My daughter was locked out of her apartment and I panicked because it was after 9 pm. I was so relieved when she told me that there office has staff on call and they would come let her in. I feel secure knowing that they have protocols in place for their residences for situations like this.

I recently visited this location in an attempt to find housing for my son who will be attending the local university in the Spring. Upon my visit I had the displeasure of interacting with the "leasing manager" of this establishment. After the conclusion of our conversation I knew immediatly that I would be looking elsewhere for housing.. This young man had zero interest in heeding my questions and concerns, and appeared blatantly disinterested in working with me entirely. Due to the ...
unprofessionalism and insincerity exhibited by the leasing manager, I cannot in good faith recommend this location to anyone seeking out quality housing in this area. As of now I will be taking my business elsewhere, and if you are considering this establishment I recommend you do the same.

The internet goes out every two days, the office staff is VERY unorganized (management changes three times during my time here), the walls are so thin you can hear people talk, and they don't do anything about people smoking (which circulates through the ventilation of the whole building)

All of the older reviews about this complex are about the old management which I've heard was hot garbage.
The new management Grey Star is showing to be pretty promising. Maintenance is pretty quick, and any other issues are also solved in a timely manner. Office staff are super friendly and also helpful with any questions you might have.

I recently moved out, an wanted to share my experience from living here. I lived here for 2 years and if i could i would renew again. Yes with covid and everything things were a little crazy and hectic, but before covid hit things were great they held events so people could get to know their neighbors and always had snacks in the office. I lived in a 2x2 for the two years and it was perfect for my roommate and I especially cause we were on the third floor and always had a wonderful view of the ...
sunset. A new management company recently took over the property and they have been doing great, they held a study break session during finals where you go down to the club house and get pizza to just chill out, and take a break which was while needed. They even hold free food fridays.

I was considering living here and at the Reserve but when i came the office i was greeted with a warm and welcoming feeling! I was taken on a tour and told about all the specials they had going. Only thing is they did not have their open and i was not told anything about community involvement. But other than that loved the place.

I have really enjoyed my time at Bluegrass! They were super accommodating to my situation, especially under the new management! It really feels like home and I enjoy working with the office workers (especially Jasmine and Beka!!). Everything is taken care of pretty quickly and well. Highly recommend living here, especially for the price and all of the amenities offered.
