Village At Crossgates has been great the past 2 years. Everyone at the main office is so nice and the maintenance guys get stuff done! The pool is kept clean, the trash compactor is kept empty and I noticed recently that a new light was added at the end of my parking lot.

I have lived here for six years. The management staff is so sweet and very responsive to questions! Maintenance is always quick to address the few issues I have had. I feel safe and like I am truly in a community here. The pool is wonderful in the summer.

I love living here! I had a horrible experience at my last apartment and moving here has been like night and day compared to it. The managers are so sweet and love to help you with anything. The maintenance people are quick to fix problems. The grounds are clean and quiet. The apartment itself is more like house feel. It’s so spacious! I’m going on my 5th year living hear and I’m still loving it. The location is perfect. The woodburning fire place is my favorite amenity (but the pool is great too). The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Property is well maintained.
