October 29, 2021Travel nurses: Just a tip. If you are online searching for rental with this apartment complex please view location in person because if you place a deposit and end up not choosing the apartment you will LOOSE your deposit. Horrible service
October 12, 2021I’ve been asking for weeks!! To get my bathroom service. Me and my two little babies live in this small over rented apartment!& nothing gets done! I regret I’ve ever signed to live out here! They over charge for a upgrade that’s clearly just thrown together. My first few weeks in here things start falling apart! If you’re thinking about making this your home don’t! It’s sucks bad! I have 7 more months in this piece of trash and me and my kids are gone! If you want something worth your money this ...is not worth it!!Property Manager Responded

It sucks
August 19, 2020It’s always something here. Don’t never have clean water. I never heard anyone say anything good about the property manager yet. Everyone I see leave from the office cussing. Can’t even get quarters in the laundry room and it closes by 5:30 so just imagine working 1st and you don’t get off til 4 or later. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. They literally overcharging for these small apartments. Barely enough kitchen space. I’ve seen $400 apartments in Spartanburg bigger than these.Property Manager Responded

looking for cheaper rent
