Everything was fine, until we moved out

We had a good experience for the year and 3 months we rented. There were improvements made to the exteriors of the buildings while we were there once the new owners took over. We also had great people living in our building, which can't always be guaranteed or said in apartment living, but we got lucky and that made a world of difference for us.

damaged, which is 100% not true. There was a crack in the plastic door and that crack was there when we moved in. The microwave worked perfectly fine, the crack did not impact the functionality of the microwave, the microwave was broken in our eyes, so we never thought anything about it and we didn't report it to management on the move-in condition statement. Big mistake! Warning to future renters, learn from our mistake and report ALL cracks, dents, flaws, with the appliances, fixtures, windows, walls, EVERYTHING in the apartment when you move in, and take photos! We were very naive, don't you do the same!
