Great Rentals
February 13, 2020I am retired military and have lived at the villages of Mill Creek for well over 7 years and have not had any problems. The staff, the maintenance Or very ficient excellent and very good at their customer service if something is broke it will get fixed right away if they cannot fix it they will let you know when it will be done. It is such a wonderful place to live I highly recommend this to anybody that wants quiet comfortable living.Review from Apartments.com

Nice and Quiet

Know Your Lease & Management
October 14, 2017Enjoyed living here for nearly 2 years, the staff and management had always been friendly and helpful. The low rating comes from when there was a management change that I had no idea about with the new property manager Karol. Once I completed everything for move out I got an email from her where she had gone through my lease trying to find gaps so that she could impose ridiculous move out charges suggesting that I did not meet the criteria of the Preferred Employer Program. I called her to ask ...what this was about and she was very condescending and disrespectful. I continued email communication with her and after numerous emails and having to provide written and verbal verification from my employer she finally stopped with the trying to charge me. I asked to speak the owner on several occasions throughout this ordeal and she would never provide contact information so that my compliant would be heard which is why I am left to use this platform. My suggestion is to know your lease and stay abreast of management changes.Property Manager Responded

Noise
January 30, 2016It's a decent place to live. It's just people aren't picking up after their dogs. Plus I stay on the bottom and you can hear the upstairs dog running back and forth. I mean it's loud all times of the day and night!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
The Villages at Mill Creek
August 18, 2015Very comfortable apartments type Villas; small swimming pool but big enough for complex. Excellent maintenance and Villages stay clean all the way around; needs a couple of extra dumpsters. Constant remodeling of apartments. One of the few in the area not specifically constructed for students. Ladies in the office are very helpful. Greatly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
