It’s been amazing having a dog door and also a little patch of my own for my dogs. I cant always trust others but knowing at my apartment I have a safe off leash space for my pup is something you can’t get anywhere else!

The minute I walked into the leasing office the ladies were so welcoming!! Made my move in so easy and understanding. Even since I lived here seeing the maintenance guys ride around on the golf carts. They greet my kids and dog like family of their own!

I have lived here for 2 years now and I can honestly say I love it. It’s so nice having ask of my rent (minus electric) wrapped up in one package. I also really enjoy the living space, it’s big and inviting with a small backyard. I don’t feel like this is apartment living, it feels like a home. This did used to be fields so we get a lot of crickets, but the property will spray for you as long as you ask to be on the list. The other thing I’ll say is during rush hour avoid the main entrance and ...

Village at pioneer park is the most gorgeous spot in peoria next to Westgate and park west. The apartment complex offers very good package with up to date appliances. Staff is tremendous. Maintenance moves very fast and efficient. They have many events for residents and children. The leasing office is very understandable as well.
