The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and feature modern amenities that make living here a pleasure. The management team is responsive and always willing to help with any issues or questions. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I love the sense of community here. It's also conveniently located near shopping, dining, and parks, making it easy to enjoy ...everything the area has to offer. August 9, 2024I have lived here for 2 years now and I can honestly say I love it. It’s so nice having ask of my rent (minus electric) wrapped up in one package. I also really enjoy the living space, it’s big and inviting with a small backyard. I don’t feel like this is apartment living, it feels like a home. This did used to be fields so we get a lot of crickets, but the property will spray for you as long as you ask to be on the list. August 9, 2024Village at pioneer park is the most gorgeous spot in peoria next to Westgate and park west. The apartment complex offers very good package with up to date appliances.
