Poor managment

Communication from management is seriously lacking. We had water heater issues for weeks and had to go to the office for any information. They said they’d send us news letters about the water and never followed through. Package notification system from leasing office is also never updated.

I live in a 2 bedroom and it's only 955 with a washer and dryer and dish washer included. The staff is all very wonderful and helpful on the spot. There is a garden that we are all welcome to use and they do giveaways and fun activities to get the apartment complex together and it's wonderful getting to know your neighbors other than walking next door with cookies. The pool is extremely well kept and so is the gym. We recently got new carpets and they're so soft. I recommend this apartment ...

I have just moved out on my own and I absolutely love it here! It is close to school and pet friendly so the location is both convient and homey. I love it here and would recommend it to all my friends!! And the staff are very professional and helpful if I ever need anything I know I van go in the office and get help quickly and efficiently.

It has a pool that gets cleaned once a week, fitness center that is well maintained with cold water access inside, 2 different laundry facilities if you decide on not getting your own washer and dryer in unit (not sure why you wouldn't its great!), coffee available everyday in the office with breakfast available every Friday while schools in session which also has an upstairs entertainment center to play pool or watch cable tv! Lets not forget its a gated community with a garden you can pick ...
whatever whenever you want and its right across the street from Chico State! Less than 5 min walking distance to restaurants and a Safeway. Most importantly theirs really helpful, friendly staff who will maintain all your maintenance needs asap!

The best apartment complex in Chico, CA. Friendly staff that takes care of any concern right away. Friendly neighbors surround you in this gated community. 5 minute walk to safeway, CSU Chico, and downtown. They also have an herb/vegetable garden for the residents. Only place I'd stay in Chico.

This is by far my favorite apartment complex, and I've tried the house phase. As a student, I appreciate how close it is to Chico State, as well as the downtown venue. Coming from a country home, the pet friendly environment and GARDEN make it livable and appreciative. I love the office room and staff, they are nice. And no worries, if you can't fix something, the utilities guru will stop on by (and leave you with popcorn). Best apartment ever. Did I mention my giant closet?
