Too expensive, poor quality, "luxury".

Too expensive, 1br cost has gone up about $150 in less than a years with no improvements/upgrades to the actual units that I'm aware of. They replaced the grass with turf in the dog park and put in new office carpet. Very rude office management lately, difficult to get ahold of, and when you do talk to them, they seem like they would rather be doing anything else. Ignores and disregards complaints, which is especially insulting considering you have to pay a "management fee" of around $30/mo, ...
which is not included in the already expensive rent. Packages also used to get sorted/organized by management in the mail room, now packages just sit in piles on the floor if the delivery person doesn't sort them. Short notice when car needs to be out of lot so if you are on vacation/out of town, have fun with that. They threaten to tow. Small washer and dryer, washer overloads easily. Nails stick up where linoleum and carpet meet. Planes fly over a lot. Units are not very soundproof. You can easily hear people talking outside as well, windows/walls don't block much sound. Bathroom fan always makes noise. Grassy areas outside stink like dog urine. Maintenance has always been good.
