    Some residents leave trash outside their doors, one even leaves bags of cat poop, it's disgusting and needs to change. I've noticed its one girl in particular that does it, trash stays outside for days

    I'm very happy living here. The buildings are older, but maintenance is very good about keeping up with small issues. The windows and sliding doors should be updated. They are original to the buildings and very drafty, sometimes leaky in the rain. Management and maintenance teams are very helpful and quick to respond.

    SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER THE WINDERMERE APTS HAVE CHANGED GREATLY, I DO NOT MEAN THE APARTMENTS THEY ARE GREAT, PLLENTY OF SPACE, GOOD BACKYARD VIEWS, GOOD WASHERS AND DRYERS AND OVENS. I SPECIFICALLY MEAN WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG LIKE YOU GET LOCKED OUT OF THE DIGITAL DOOR I HAD SOMEONE THERE WITHIN 15 MINUTES TO GET ME BACK INSIDE MY APARTMENT THE OLD MANAGERS DID NOT HAVE THIS SET UP WELL. AS FAR AS SAFETY CHECKS: FIRE EXTINGUISHER MAINTANACE, SMOKE ALARM CHECKS, ITS VERY COMFORTING ...
    TO KNOW THE MANAGEMENT CARES THAT MUCH AND IS WILLING TO HELP ASAP.     Maintenence Is lacking and office staff with exception to amanda is less friendly and supportive. Old staff would fight for us against increasing rent and breaking lease fees. Also apartment complex seems to have trouble getting people in

    I'm so happy to be here! Amanda and Helen in the leasing office have been so very kind and accommodating to me throughout my first few days here. Craig and Eric in maintenance have also been very helpful and friendly. They have all made my move to Windermere from out of state very easy. I'm looking forward to getting to know the community as I settle in and am very grateful to be here. 5 stars!
