Some residents leave trash outside their doors, one even leaves bags of cat poop, it's disgusting and needs to change. I've noticed its one girl in particular that does it, trash stays outside for days

I'm very happy living here. The buildings are older, but maintenance is very good about keeping up with small issues. The windows and sliding doors should be updated. They are original to the buildings and very drafty, sometimes leaky in the rain. Management and maintenance teams are very helpful and quick to respond.

Craig and Eric in maintenance have also been very helpful and friendly. They have all made my move to Windermere from out of state very easy.
