January 23, 2026I have lived at VBTS for 10 months now. I love the location so close to the Gulf, food and shopping! VBTS is centrally located for these things plus easy access from 45 and to 45 for travel. I also enjoy the inlet from the Bay where I enjoy free fishing! The first time I was here, in 2021-2022 [my husband passed away...I had to leave...no income from husband til January of '23.]....there was a pier for fishing that could be used! It was not replaced when it grew weathered and old.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2025I love the location, one block from the beach, the Walmart and the Randalls. Green's Bayou is right behind the complex and has a view of which I never get tired. The entire grounds is a bird lover's paradise, every kind of bird live here including a variety of waterfowl on the bayou. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of seagulls. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment maintenance, when requested, is fast and efficient.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2025Moving to Village by the Sea changed my life. At my previous location, I struggled with maintenance issues and landlord attitude. Now I pay less and get more!
