VBTS is centrally located for these things plus easy access from 45 and to 45 for travel. I also enjoy the inlet from the Bay where I enjoy free fishing! The first time I was here, in 2021-2022 [my husband passed away...I had to leave...no income from husband til January of '23.]....there was a pier for fishing that could be used! Green's Bayou is right behind the complex and has a view of which I never get tired. The entire grounds is a bird lover's paradise, every kind of bird live here including a variety of waterfowl on the bayou. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of seagulls.
