I have lived here a few years now, mainly because I have become complacent and I’m just not ready to start a new home search. I usually wait a while before I submit a maintenance request because 1) Their process is mostly inconvenient. 2) It takes a while to get a response. 3) Rarely, is the issue ever resolved with the “first repair.” It took me a few days to report the hot water in the kitchen sink no longer works - not the first time. office because I know how they work. Today is 07/30/2026 - - - still no hot water. No updates. I call the office every few days and submit a new work request - - - the only response I get is “I don’t know. I will let the guys know.” Yes, the quality has definitely down-graded. Not sure if I need to blame the staff or management that seems to change / rotate out every year or so. I have more maintenance requests to submit but I can live without those repairs for now - - - - for this exact reason. Rent’s due and of course they don’t give rent credits for outstanding repair issues. Service level has definitely been downgraded.
