August 1, 2025LEASE RENEWAL FOR 1 YEAR I had difficulty renewing my lease contract because the management said the system can only be accessed with a computer or a laptop. It does not operate on cellphones.nI still had to ask assistance from the leasing office to which they are greatly helpful. December 3, 2024Freezer compressor burnt out This happened on Thanksgiving and it wasn’t until Saturday afternoon when I opened the freezer to put away my groceries. When I opened the door I saw that everything had thawed. I called the front office and they were able to get a hold of Raul who came to save the day. He was able to locate a replacement refrigerator and brought it upstairs to replace the broken unit.Property Manager Responded
