Watch out upon move out
September 12, 2021I had a good experience living there for almost 4 years. Parking was an issue at times. Maintenance was great. However upon my move out, they charged me $300 carpet cleaning and $300 for a cleaner. The apartment was cleaned upon move out. I was also charged $70 for a bifolding door that worked when I left. Good luck, document EVERYTHING you can, because they screw you and send a bill to you once your done.Review from Apartments.com

October 2, 2020Document and picture EVERY knook and crany upon move in and move out because management will charge you for anything and everything, they will tell you that even if you pay for professional carpet cleaning upon move out they will charge for carpet cleaning. Also make sure to obtain copy of your lease and move in list when signed and check the policies for move out cleaning, i forgot to ask and didnt get it till the day of move out. September 11, 2015I think this place would be great if it was cheaper. For the high price I don't think it is all that. The master bedroom is big though and it has a decent living room and kitchen, also a washer and dryer. But for the price I've seen other apartments with pools and gyms. This apartment has none of that. It keeps its lawn trimmed though and there are no fire hazards from pine needles.Review from Apartments.com
