Each building has its own laundry facilities available 24 hours a day. Village on the Green offers a picnic area and gazebo for our tenants to sit in and enjoy their evenings. Our trusted maintenance people are on staff 24 hours a day. We are a pet friendly community. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $350.00 per cat or dog is assessed as is a monthly Pet Rent of $35.00 per animal.
