Gross!
October 4, 2023I was truly embarrassed to have visitors and to call this place my home. I was in a “upgraded unit”. ?The musty, mildew smell hits as soon as you enter building, let alone the apartment. Trash area is constantly overflowing and also smells terrible as you walk to your parked car. (I’m not a property manager, but…perhaps twice a week pickup could help!?) Moved out within 4 months!!!! Renters beware.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
July 3, 2018I love living here! It's very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The property has a campus like feel to it. The pool is great and also well maintained and clean. I also like that there is a no pet policy. The parking situation can be improved as each apartment comes with only one assigned spot and there doesn't seem to be enough open visitor spots to accommodate all the residents and guests. There seems to be enough unused property if the owner wanted to expand the parking lot ...which would be a nice upgrade. There are no washer and dryer in the apartment or a hookup if one wanted to provide his own appliances. However, there is a laundry facility on site. The other residents are nice and friendly. They're quiet and keep to themselves. The staff is awesome!!! They really make an effort and go out of their way to help in any way possible. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I have put in a service call, it is taken care of right away. The guys are very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
