    Walked in for a tour and while talking to a Leasing Agent could hear other girls that work there in the background saying horrible things about people that live there. During the tour noticed dog poop and trash everywhere. These apartments are clearly not taken care of nor does the staff care about you.

    The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond on the rare occasion that I have needed to call during the 2 years that I have lived here. I have had a wonderful experience and have recommended this community many times to friends and family that were looking to move or not.     I don't see how they have a five star rating!!!!! We have, spiders, bugs and centipedes bad!!!! They have only sprayed once, since I've been here in 6 months, and orkin only sprayed kitchen and both bathrooms... did NO good!!!!!! Also the sod that they put down, they only water once and expect it to grow!!!!! Really!!!! Why didn't they install sprinklers.... Also, the breeze way between apartments has never ever been cleaned!!!! Has cigarette buts as well as trash from building the apartments ...
    as well as dirt, dust and mud!!!! They also advertise wood floors!!!! NOT!!!! It is the cheapest laminate that is made!!!!

  • Pretty decent place

    This is a petty decent complex. The 3rd floor vaulted ceilings are nice and the appliances provided are great. Bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are pretty nice. There are a few issues however... 1) There are noise issues due to the construction quality apparently as we have had several noise complaints while living our normal routine with our toddler. Once with a visit by the police around 6pm due to our child playing too loud. 2) The pride taken in grounds keeping is lacking to say the ...
    least. Our building has an apocalyptic feel with only weeds and shards of metal and rock. Every now and then the landscape company comes to cut down the knee high weeds. I have personally talked with the office several times to have our sod replaced and have had no luck thus far. We have been here for about 5 months now and every inch of the grass around our building has been dead since we moved in. It's quite embarrassing to have people come by with the building looking like this. 3) It is very easy to pick-up nails in your tires because of all of the construction going on. There are nails and screws all over the place. Overall, a pretty good place to live. But the property management could be much better.

  • Looking for a great place to live. This is it.

    Living here is like being home. The apartment has a spacious open floor plan. Tons of cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen. Large master bedroom with large walk in closets. Over sized linen closet plus extra shelving in master bathroom. large bathrooms with big vanities and oversized tubs. Very helpful and friendly staff.
