The apartments themselves are okay, but problems don't get solved (or not in a reasonable amount of time). Despite repeated complaints, the landing outside my apartment has looked like a dump for the last couple of months (thanks to bird droppings and dryer lint and assorted trash). The agents in the office will listen politely to your complaints and tell you with a straight face that the situation is unacceptable and will be attended to right away, but all too often nothing is done.
