This complex is trash. Everything is done for esthetics but nothing for the actual complex or residents. The complex only pays attention to the appearance of the entry but not the entire property. The property has dilapidated buildings & wood structures but their focus is landscaping the entry way to give the appearance of a kept property. The units are old, in need of update and seriously unleveled. Which allows for an influx of outside creatures to enter your home. But currently the issue that ...
owners believe the complex needs is, community wifi. We do not have a gate that allows or monitors traffic in/out the complex. There are no security features on the units. And we were told that renovations could not be started because the property could not afford it. But we're still paying increasing rent prices. We're also double charged for utilities. You will pay Columbia Power and Water but you also have to pay the complex for the same utilities. The parking lot looks like a patch work quilt because owners decided only certain areas of the parking lot needed to be fixed instead of redoing the entire parking area. This ENTIRE complex is a patch job. They NEVER fix anything, they patch it & hope that incoming residents will not notice and current residents will not complain. THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPLEX. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE
