HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - great lake access
June 28, 2021Currently in a heatwave and they are pumping 110 degree heat into the hallways. Not safe! Don't fix things, don't take accountability, and do not feel responsible in assisting residents. If you are a handyman and can put 3 air conditioners in your unit to counteract what will come through the hallways in summer - it really is nice being on the lake.Property Manager Responded
January 12, 2022We sincerely apologize about the issue you experienced during the heat wave. The system in our hallways is not setup with air conditioning and is only meant to heat the hallways in the wintertime. The system is designed to pull the air in from outside which is why it feels hot. Unfortunately, Washington has not seen hot enough summers until recently and often communities do not have an air conditioning systems setup in their buildings. There are only about 20% of apartments in the Seattle area with air conditioning. Most of this is contributing to newer buildings installing air conditioning and sometimes it is not even throughout the entire community. In past only 6% of the Seattle area apartments had air conditioning. Villaggio Management Team.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 3, 2020Do not move here! Please heed this warning and read reviews on other sites. This place may seem like a luxurious place to live, but it is not. Things are run down and everything is outdated, especially the appliances - NONE of the appliances in my apartment are considered energy efficient. My electricity bill is normally $150/month for a one-bedroom! Ridiculous. Worst of all, management is awful. Nobody gets back to you whenever you have an issue. I have been trying to get an answer from ...the front desk about an issue for the past month, no resolution. Moving out soon!Property Manager Responded

Villagio 5* Review
May 29, 2019My husband and I arrived at the Villagio expecting it would be a stop gap, giving us five months to find a house. We toured the complex and decided to sign for eleven. Four months in and we still have no plans to begin searching for a house. This is luxury simple living. The Villagio team are an absolute asset to the complex, making you feel very welcome. Polite, helpful, and professional. Going out of their way to make it special here. The setting is perfect for commuting in all directions. ...The elegant European styled property is kept pristine by the Villagio team. Security is great, we feel very safe.
