PROS: Staff is very nice and attentive. Highly responsive. Spacious apartment, nice to have a separate tub and shower in the master. Relatively quiet. Comes with a single car attached garage. Carpet and flooring is nice.
CONS: Very dirty unit. I was unable to view before moving in. White plastic shelves in all the closets, laundry room are covered in scum. Washer/Dryer are filthy and do not work. Hoping to get these replaced. Several of the drawers in the bathroom are off kilter and hard to open ...
and close. All knobs were dirty had to wipe them down. It short this place needs to upgrade their units.

Save yourself the trouble, don’t live here!! Terrible customer service/management. Takes them years just for them to get a task done, and super unfriendly to their residents. The Walls are thin, lots of noise. Other neighbors are also pretty unhappy about the management here and the lack of service/action that is done when there’s a complaint. Such a restless place to be in.

The walls here are thin; under new management; some residents are inconsiderate and play loud music early in the morning and late at night; contacted management and courtsey officer and nothing is being done; been here almost five years and very dissatisfied this past year!

Resident of 2 years here. I have had a wonderful stay here and look forward to signing another renewal. Tianne, Kat, and Erika in the office are all very kind and very helpful. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and efficient. Anything that we have needed over the course of our stay so far has been taken care of within a day, and we always love to stop by the office and chat with the ladies!

We have been residents at Villas of Rollingbrook for several years and am impressed with security (including attached garages), peacefulness of the complex, management and maintenance of the grounds. Recently my husband and I were out of state, had an issue at the apartment and called the office and spoke with Ashley. She went above and beyond working along with maintenance after hours to help us. We are very grateful and would recommend the complex, do love the new expanded gym.

Unless you like being woken up all the time don't move in.
1. Garbage trucks pick up trash 3 times a week at 5:30 in the A.M. and picks up the trash every Saturday at 5:30 A.M. Complex echos terribly and you can hear every dumpster being dropped. More than 10 tenants have complained but management says that there is nothing she can do and that it is the city's fault.
2. Floors are thin so move above all other tenants because you will hear every step on these hard simulated plastic ...
floors.
3. Management is rude at times. Guess it just depends on their mood . Hopefully you will catch them on a good day. :)
4. Electrical problems throughout the complex. Our above neighbor moved out because surges in the outlet kept frying her computer. Also if you turn on or off the lights too quickly it may cause breaker to flip off. Still no fix for our problem.
5. Fire alarms go off at all hours of the night. No solution. Maybe has something to do with other electrical issues.
If you move in good luck. Think these could be fabulous apartments if management just took the initiative to fix or take care of issues. I read all reviews...mostly positive and took a gamble. Not too happy with them. Will be moving out within the year. Neighbors are very nice and apartments clean. Just don't like being woken up all the time for various reasons.
