Walkable and Cool
December 19, 2025Took a brisk walk today, now that they finished the sidewalks as there is some construction in the area and it was lovely. Perfectly walkable (bikeable) to a loop that goes around the entire city. You can stop and take some swings at Top Golf, grab a Starbucks, get some great food, have your nails done. All in the same area and now well connected. A few more sidewalks from the city and a few paths would be less treacherous to exercise and get to the fantastic Taco's and Salsa, or the wash and ...fold and it will be true luxury living without ever having to get into your car. Big pools, pickleball, a gym, sauna, playground for the kids, dog park. Everything you need without getting into a car and sitting on the freeway.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
September 9, 2020I'm here to let people know that the Villas at the Rim is a great place to live. The atrium is always clean and fresh. I read the other reviews and the negative ones are wrong. So wrong, it's sad. They give you everything here for a good price. They even have a dog wash, which is great, and a place to pick up poop from your dog. It takes a lot to run this place and I know everyone here and have not had any problems. If you feel things are wrong, please bring it to management with a good attitude. ...Thinks happen and things break. The staff will fix it. Being nice goes a long way. Please don't spread negative. Especially when it's not true. I've been here 2yrs and love it. I am not moving, to many positive things happening. I love the staff and they will work with you, but remember they have feelings and a boss they have to answer to. So if it doesn't work your way at that moment. Work with them and have patience and be kind, because they are trying. It takes time to get things done. I have not had any problem getting work done. I will say treat them the way you would want to be treated. Smile, and know they are here for you. Everyone that visit us here, fall in love with it. Amazing is the only word to describe the staff and this place. I see and can imagine all of what goes on here. If you feel it's not for you than I hope you find one that is for you. In the mean time don't put negative out there, you wouldn't want it done to you on your job. Get the facts first. Some told me there was no Security, not true. Some one said gates were broke and no one told us. Wrong they did. It takes time to get part and to work on them. Not that serious. Some told me people in the office were not nice, NOT TRUE. Everyone in there is very professional and nice. May you give off bad vibes and want to feel privileged and waited on. I could write more.
