Fantastic place to live!

Horrible New management, lies, deceit, and tons of drugs here!

Drug dealers, people in parking lot doing deals, on decks partying, tons of riff raff and theft here. Your car will either be towed or stolen! Stay Away
July 16, 2020Stay as far away from this place as possible. It was run by one mgmt company who had a lot of problems and they ran away in the middle of the night after selling to another mgmt company that doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. They changed the phone number and don’t answer. They have provided practically NO INFORMATION on anything. Unfortunately I still have about 6 months to go on my lease.Review from Apartments.com

New management is the worst
October 22, 2017The new management is inattentive, unwelcoming, have indifferent attitude and don’t own up to their mistakes. They are only looking to make money as they intended for me to wait to be assisted for maintenance. until after they showed other potential renters around, there were about 4 others waiting. I left the office after being poorly treated I called and left a complaint voicemail to Jennifer, the manager, 2 days later no response, her excuse: she didn’t received the message. The guy I complied ...about erased it, 2 weeks later now no one has been sent to take care of my issue and she does not want to refund me for the out of pocket expenses I had to put to try and fix it. September 6, 2015These apartments are multi dimensional for single living and family oriented. A new dog park brings residents together and their furry family members. They host picnics for their residents and the main building always has refreshments and drinks. The staff is courteous, caring and efficient. The maintenance staff answers calls quickly. The residents always know they are going to taken care of. It is close to public transportation and convenient shopping. We picked a great apartment for our first one!
August 12, 2015Me and my daughter and fiancé moved to these apartments as our first place together and we are very pleased! To start, the girls at the office are always so accommodating and polite. And there is maintenance (bug extermination, lawn grooming, painting, etc.) being done frequently to keep up with the appearance of the complex which is very comforting. Since we moved here we have no experienced loud neighbors or an excess of unsupervised children roaming around everywhere which is very common in ...apartment complexes. The pool are is always kept up very well and I have never seen it messy or trashy. Overall, I have not had a complaint so far with my apartment itself, the complex, or the management here.
