Under new management again, this time they got it right.

My husband and I moved here almost 1 year ago and the management then was terrible, Bill the new property manager is very attentive to the needs of his tenants, if you have a maintenance issue Derik or Keith will see to it getting done. I have seen a huge difference for the better since I moved here. The clubhouse is used for community events such as pancake breakfasts,or game night. I would highly recommend renting here, things are getting better everyday.
Change has come and Villas Del Sol is great again!

I have lived at Villas Del Sol for three years, so I lived here when it was nasty. Well, we had a change, and you can see the difference already! The new management team is great, they will get things done when you need something. I talked to Ray today about a few problems I was having with plumbing in my unit, and he and Jen showed up with the plumber this evening. What a wonderful change! They are working on the outside, the drug dealers are being moved, and Villas Del Sol is coming back ...
to the great place it was. If you need someone in the office during office hours, there is someone there! If you need something fixed, it gets done. It is a complete relief to have Jen and Dan here, I am looking forward to living conditions getting better, and Villas Del Sol to return to the wonderful place to live once again.

I could go down a list but there's a few things that most definitely stand out to me. The amount of drug activity and law enforcement in and out is concerning considering I have three children. Nothing we needed fixed would get any attention. Mold problems, bed bugs, air conditioning breaking, toilet leaking, etc. Let's just say I can pretty much do it all myself now that I've left there. He promised us he would deduct money for referrals and ended up then later telling us we owed it back. He is ...
not a licensed property manager, which by law he isn't supposed to be handling funds. The property upkeep is trash. He consistently tries to raise rent and never gives back security deposits. He will lie, cheat, steal, anything for a dollar. Moving didn't even fix my problems. I do love our new home and feel much safer but now I'm being harassed. Need I say more?
