Living at The Villas was one of the best parts of my time in Denver. The community was well maintained, the amenities were always clean, and the location made getting around really easy. The staff was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents, which made everyday living stress free. I’ve been so impressed with The Villas since the recent upgrades—especially the brand-new clubhouse! It’s modern, beautifully designed, and has become a great spot to relax or get a little work done. Whether you're meeting friends or just enjoying a change of scenery, it adds a ton of value to the community. December 7, 2022 - Review from Apartments.com

First, utilities are not included. Let's be clear. Second the parking is unacceptable. My 18 year old son is usually forced to park his car at the train station and walk past a group of homeless people because they have about a third of the needed parking spots. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! UNACCEPTABLE! In addition, the apartments are filled with pot smokers and they don't enforce their no smoking policy. If you are looking for a safe place for your college student...this isn't it!
