December 30, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMy disabled Grandmother has lived in these apartments through several changes in ownership by now. This newest company is somehow possibly the worst. Her building and others have had a mice and roach infestation for literally years. Every single time she requests help they just send somebody to lay down traps and never resolve the issue. There are MAJOR plumbing issues here and she is CONSTANTLY left without any water or without hot water for days with no notice. She needs to move because it is ...unacceptable to live in these conditions now with a 3rd owner who still refuses to do anything. She was told previously.she could vacate her lease for one months rent because of the issues she has experienced and now they are wanting to charge her an arm and a leg in extra fees. I am currently in the process of reporting this company to adult protective services, the BBB, and the health department and looking for a lawyer. Do not move here and do not let your loved ones live here. I am absolutely disgusted by their treatment of my grandmother.Read More

Move in dates kept getting switched last second on day of move in and still was unable to get any help and couldn’t move in. While waiting in the office we encountered other people moving in having the same issues.

We had pest control spray every Wednesday and we still had roaches! Our kitchen sink would randomly feel up with water and flood my kitchen floor. I called the emergency line and got no answer. Don’t get me started with them turning the water off every week. You can definitely find a better apartment in Tucson

When we first moved in everything was broke and we were told from maintenance no one walked through before we got the keys. The place was horribly dirty, nothing worked, and was way to expensive for what you got. We were told that the laundry room was free and we went without a laundry room for a month and a half and they would not discount are rent for the inconvenience. These people are awful and do not fix any issues ...that you may have. We didn’t even have stoppers in the guest bath shower and sink. We gave are 60 day notice and moved out.Read More

October 13, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comHot tub doesn’t work. One of the pools is closed. Laundry facilities don’t work and take your $ when trying to get a new card. Management has a lot of “I don’t know”s. Honestly expensive for “luxury living” as they like to put it. But you don’t actually get most of amenities they advertise. The floor plans are nice but apartment was not done on move-in date and they still haven’t finished it, but they had 0 problem taking all my money! Could be worse though. No bugs or anything.
