Have to pay an extra $100 to use the pool and it's not even on the property
June 5, 2019This place says it has a pool and tennis courts but both are at the Forest Springs Swim and Tennis Club. Meaning, if you're looking to relax this is not the place to be. All the kids from the neighborhood (not the apartment complex) are here every day. Also, it will cost you $100 to use it. I don't know how The Villas can get away with how much they charge for rent when there's nothing that makes it worth that much. Also, the advertised rent price is just the start. Add an additional $20 ...pet fee, $82 entertainment fee(no choice here), and $30 trash/water fee - that's just for a 1 bedroom 800 sq ft apartment. WITH NO ONSITE POOL! I suggest looking at NEW apartment complexes that are being built in the area that offer so much more.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 31, 2015I've lived at the Villas for almost 2 years. I love living here. It's just me and my cat. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I feel very safe here also as the Villas has a courtesy officer that lives here. Along with free access to the beautiful pool at the subdivision to the convenience of these apartments this is by far the nicest place I've ever lived. The maintenance man is extremely handy and efficient. Again, I love living here.Review from Apartments.com
