December 12, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been in these apartments for almost 7 years, they’ve changed management 4 TIMES and I can honestly say that this is the worst this apartment complex have gotten. They only have 1 maintenance person, so it takes forever for them to fix issues in the apartments. Our washer and stove broke down, and it took them 5 weeks to finally get us a new stove, and now it’s been 10 weeks, and we are still waiting for the washer to be replaced. We reached out corporate but they are also making excuses. It ...takes a lot for me to write a bad review because I know things happen, but the property manager has been so unprofessional is sad. They don’t understand our frustration, they keep asking us to be patient, I think 10 weeks and $600 spent at the laundromat is being more than patient. When we emailed corporate we asked for $300 to be taken off our next months rent for the inconvenience and the 10 weeks we’ve been waiting for the washer to be fixed, she said she needs to see receipts to make sure we really been spending the money we said at the laundromat, how else are we washing clothes after 10 weeks. I’m just tired, frustrated and so angry at the lack of professionalism. So once again, DO NOT MOVE HERE.Read More

I don’t know if it’s Pest control or maintenance but they really need to reevaluate their team because nothing is working. Mice droppings and holes are everywhere through the apartment. It’s kind of embarrassing to even have company come to my apartment because I don’t know if a mouse is going to run across the counter top or jump off the couch.Property Manager Responded

Just moved in & I'm already having an interesting experience
April 1, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into my apartment a little over a month ago and I've been having an interesting experience since. First day, I instantly notice a weird gritty texture in the middle of my bathtub with noticeable paint damage surrounding it (Unappealing for a bathtub). You can visually see where the original tub was damaged and where they tried repainting it instead of fixing the problem . When reported to management they ensured me nothing was wrong with the tub. Long story short, every time we washed ...the tub, the paint started to peel more & more. Finally after noticing big pieces of paint floating in my 2 year old bath water, I demanded management fix the problem before I contact my lawyer. Maintenance came out right away, but instead of fixing the problem they simply just covered it with a mat. I was told repainting the entire tub wasn't an option and the mat was the best they could do. One month later, the mat isn't large enough to cover the damaged area, so the tub is still peeling and visually unappealing. To add to the foolishness, I started noticing mice within a week of moving in. After exactly one month and submitting multiple requests and phones calls, pest control will finally be coming to my apartment this week. Overall, I like the community and my neighbors are friendly, maintenance is okay, and management could be better. In my opinion, the apartment isn't worth the money especially when you can get better amenities with better service for about the same price or a little more (The difference is worth it!). I thought my apartment was great when I first moved in but after the first two months I saw a mouse. Pest Control only comes once a week so if you see a mouse on Saturday, they will not do anything about it until the next Friday. The staff is not bad, but they sometimes have an attitude when you call about reoccurring issues. If you are young and like living in a new renovated apartment this is not the place for you.
