LOVE VILLAS AT ARLINGTON
July 23, 2021I love Villas @ Arlington!! I enjoy visiting my brother and his girlfriend at Villas!!! Clean and always smells good with no bugs, flies, or whatever people are saying and the garbage is always put where it belongs. 10/10 recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Management does not care about their residents! Stay far away!
June 24, 2021Management does nothing to help it’s residents. My mom lives here and the resident next to her refuses to clean their apartment and it has gotten so bad that the smell is starting to permeate into other apartments and the windows are now covered in hundreds of flies. She has called and made written complaints (on the request of management so they can “help”) several times requesting management do something and they have refused or simply ignored her. My mom has an autoimmune disorder and the ...conditions are unsanitary and unhealthy for her. The management’s lack of regard for their residents is appalling and the inability to provide a safe and clean environment for your residents to live is mind boggling. Management Does Not Care
June 22, 2021f you ever wanted a place where you could live without consequences, this is the place! Ignore the No Smoking policy! Let trash pile up and let your apartment get so bad the flies LITERALLY black out the windows. Let your animal howl all night and defecate all over the front common area! Management won’t ever bother you to clean anything up or even talk to you about it! Let it get so bad that the smells takes over the surroundings apartments! How do I know all this? Because over the last 8 ...months, this has been an ongoing problem with one of my neighbors and it doesn’t matter how many times you call to complain, put in written notices or complaint, NOTHING gets done. February 22, 2021First off the process to get the apartment took forever. It seemed like it was never ending and they always said "the last thing" over and over again. The apartment was brand new and there were already so many things wrong with it. Our lights didn't work, there were paint drops everywhere, and our stovetop didn't work. The appliances are very cheap. The paint comes off with just a drop of water and or something slightly hitting it. We have many issues with the doors/door handles. Some of the ...staff was vey rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there to help. For a low income apartment, and the low quality of the appliances, our utility/water bills are extremely high. One year review
January 6, 2021I’ve been living here for a year now and this is how my experience has been, I’ve lived in 3 other apartment buildings before this one and I was excited to have all the new bells a whistles. Unfortunately these apartments were meant to look nice but in just one year I had to get my dryer replaced and I currently haven’t had closet door handles in over 8 months because they consider it none essential but I can’t access my washer and dryer? Also the customer service is garbage be prepared to talk ...down to, I’ve referred 2 people to live here and they all dislike living here, and not one of them are resigning their lease. One of the people I referred hasn’t been able to use her garbage disposal because it’s been leaking, but once again it’s not essential. These apartments LOOK NICE but there’s dry paint on my carpet from when they painted, upside down outlets, and my dryer was never fully connected. The quality of everything is cheap these apartments look nice that’s it. July 23, 2020Hi Brenda, we are grateful for our Residents that do abide by the lease. We are a 100% smoke free property and we take action on all issues when notified. To be honest, due to the Governor's moratorium, there is only so much we can do to enforce certain policies. The best thing to do is to make sure our office is aware and we will address it, then enforce if needed after the moratorium is lifted. We definitely want The Villas at Arlington to be enjoyable for all Residents and their guests.
