Maintenance is a joke

Ever since I moved in, the maintenance has been a joke. issue after issue, sometimes the same issue. sometimes its days before they respond to a request. I'm currently waiting for the 14 day period to pass in accordance with Oklahoma law. and then I will get a professional out to repair what is needed and then I will give the bill to the office for reimbursement. I'll be glad when my year is up in a few months. I can't get out of here fast enough. A year is enough at this place.

Air conditioner issues My air conditioner was blowing warm air. I called the office after I got off work. Within minutes someone came out and resolved the issue. Great service! Also, my screen on my bedroom window fell off and was ripped. I never called it in but came home one day and it was fixed and put back on my window. I am very happy with these apartments. A

The Villas at Aspen Park is a quiet apartment community. The grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are very spacious with well-appointed kitchens. The office staff are very helpful and professional. The maintenance department is quick to fix any problems. Finally the location is great...close to shopping, highways, churches, and restaurants.
