April 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the WORST apartment complex you could choose to move into. First of all, it’s poorly built- the walls are paper thin, the floors creak to the point where you’re afraid you’ll fall through to the next level, the bathtubs and sinks are painted to hide rust stains (ours were peeling and paint flakes were clogging the drains!) and the neighbors, don’t get me started. The neighbors are HORRIBLE!! They are loud, disrespectful, up at all hours of the night. Since the walls are so thin you can ...hear EVERYTHING. If you want to live in peace and quiet and actually get some sleep, this is NOT the place for you. We even complained like 8 times to management and they did absolutely NOTHING to resolve the situation. July 31, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWe went in and talked to April, she took the time to show us the apartments and was very informative. We were given a paper that showed the rent quote provided expired in 48 hours. They charged us $250 at time of application, 50 pp for the application fee and $150 for the deposit. The Snappt app (which April admitted multiple people have issues with) would only accept a specific file type for our paystubs, so we weren’t able to upload them right away. As we were trying to figure out how to get ...the correct file type that the app (Snappt) wanted, we realized the app would also not let us submit one of our bank statements. We called and left a voicemail with Villas at Bailey Ranch that the Snappt app would not accept our documents. No one called me back and told us what to do. I was disappointed and assumed we didn’t get the apartment, that it all had been a waste of time and they would send us our deposit fee back. Well, I should have called and specifically asked for the $150 deposit back within 48 hours because a week later, April calls and tells me if we don’t have the paystubs uploaded by tomorrow, we will lose our $150. Come to find out, if all documents are not uploaded within 48 hours on the Snappt app, they have the right to keep your $150 deposit. Villas at Bailey Ranch would not refund the deposit on the apartment we never set foot in even after explaining the situation. April did offer to have me email her the paystubs, but I told her no, as I am disappointed because I have higher expectations for communication. Do better!Read More
We Enjoyed Our Short Stay While Househunting
March 31, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comAfter moving to Owasso in December, my husband and I leased a one bedroom apartment for three months at The Villas at Bailey Ranch, while we looked for a house to buy. I was impressed at how quiet the complex was, even though it is big. As a shift worker, that was very important. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Whenever I had a question, they were right on it. And if there was a maintenance issue, Jeremy the head of maintenance was right there to fix it. The online portal ...made it easy to pay our rent, and the app was great for reserving gym time and keeping us posted as to things going on around the complex. Horrible Neighbors
August 13, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comMy neighbors stomp and smoke marijuana all day, and it causes my apartment to smell like it. And they also stomp and have parties and blaring music at all hours of the night, and we’ve reported the smoking to the leasing office and they won’t do anything about it because they want their money!!My thing is, if we pay for this apartment just like they do, we shouldn’t have to be smelling that smoke, it’s made us sick. We’ve come home to our entire unit reeking of it and having to leave for nights ...on end. Great place to live
July 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI moved to this area not knowing a single thing about any of the apartment complexes around town. I looked at 6 or 7 different properties and had a list of must haves. Not a single one checked off all of those must haves except for Villas. I was so happy to have found a home away from my home, which is over 400 miles away. The complex is never loud, I never hear my neighbors, I always feel safe no matter the time of day and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond. The maintenance staff ...always gets requests done promptly, the office staff calls back right away when you leave a message and they are always friendly. It could use some upgrades in all appliances and when it comes to things like maintenance they get it done but I've had to call and remind them a few times before getting someone to the apartment. Once my lease is up I won't be staying here but it isn't because of this place. Just personal reasons.

October 8, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comQuiet, very friendly staff. Love my apartment, spacious for a one bedroom with my own balcony. The big windows in the living room allow lots of natural light to brighten the room. Two pools and plenty of parking, and most apartments have washer dryers. The complex is surrounded by green fields and a gold course, but downtown Owasso is only a few minutes drive away. I love this place. Best apartment I have ever lived in.
