Great Place to Live!
July 1, 2022I lived at the Villas for almost a year and a half, and I have nothing but positives to say! When I first moved in, they cleaned the place so well that it had seemed like no one lived there before. It is well maintained and upkept (lawn was always mowed, no weeds, snow shoveled, etc.). I had one maintenance issue with my dryer and it was fixed in under 16 hours. They are very flexible with garage ownership (for example, if you wanted to have a garge from January-March, they’ll allow you to do ...that). During the summer, they sometimes bring in food trucks, which is convenient to support local businesses and their great food. July 8, 2019I’ve lived here for two years, in two different units (1 bedroom and 2 bedroom) and I cannot say enough good things! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and in a more quiet area of town. The units are spacious, updated, and perfect for roommate living! I work the night shift and I rarely hear any neighbors or dogs during the day when I’m sleeping. Angie goes above and beyond and is extremely helpful. From first emailing her about the property to moving to a bigger unit and now to moving ...out, she has been quick to answer emails and help with the process as needed! While living here, I’ve only ever had one maintenance request and it was fixed the morning after I submitted the request. There are also garages that you can rent month to month, even if you only want it over the winter months. Really, it doesn't get any better ....
August 14, 2017We have been gone from the Villas for a year now. We both miss it so much! We still refer to our apartment as "home" and, when it becomes possible, we are going back there. The on-site management is phenomenal - both Angie and Kaycee are gems and should be paid more! (Are you listening, Bender?) If there are any problems (as we had a couple next door to us who had to be evicted for numerous offenses), the problems are not of the Villas making.
