Do not recommend
September 29, 2025Where do I even begin? After a drawn-out, frustrating process just to secure the unit, things went downhill quickly. Multiple maintenance issues noted during the move-in inspection were ignored or falsely marked as “completed” — likely just to protect the maintenance man’s numbers. These problems remain unresolved. On Mother’s Day, we had a major roof leak through a light fixture and two HVAC ceiling vents. Maintenance lied about assessing the moisture, and it took a month before a construction ...crew finally painted over the water-damaged ceiling — with zero inspection for mold. A built-in desk is visibly tilting away from the wall, and the solution offered was… caulking? (Spoiler: it didn’t work.) The maintenance guy is essentially useless — often seen riding around in his golf cart gossiping about tenants instead of doing his job. As for the community? It’s wild. Some residents act like they were raised in a zoo. We’ve had: • Late-night parties with kids running around past 1:00 AM • A drunk man running down the street with his pants down • Motorcycles being driven on sidewalks • Fireworks set off dangerously close to cars and homes • Loud music, yelling, and constant disturbances Management is no better. The property manager lives on-site but somehow knows nothing about what goes on. She acts like her hands are tied to do anything about the chaos. The leasing agent, who used to be friendly and honest about the problems, now seems scared to speak up. Amenities? • Mailboxes promised in February weren’t ready until September, which meant standing in long, hot lines at the post office for months. • We endured an entire summer with no pool, yet we were still charged amenity fees. This place is essentially the Walmart of rental communities — cheap, chaotic, and disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone.
