The office does not care for there residence Things are constantly not working , like the gates , and doors We are infested with mice and rats , they don’t do enough to fix these problems

  Unfortunately, when someone hits the gates, it causes issues for the system. I apologize for the inconvenience. All systems have been restored. If your unit is in need of pest control, you can call the office to be added to the service list of make a work order through your resident portal. As for the mice, they are a huge nuisance to us all. The field next to the property is on ongoing issue and we are working with an extermination company to resolve the issue on site. I cannot apologize enough for the issue and kindly seek your patience as we actively work to resolve them. Thank you, Paula C. Property Manager
