Horrible Management and Maintenance
September 12, 2023I don't know where the other Renters live that gave them good reviews but the Office Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The Unit has several problems that have yet to be resolved. There are people washing cars in the parking lot, this is the Hood and not Luxury living, don't sign a lease here.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2023Overall, the staff is very pleasant, rent and their annual increase seems to be within reason if you take advantage of any early bird renewals. The property is pet friendly, and have pet stations located on both sides of the property (toward the center - though I wish they would provide a few alone the obscure paths that go around the buildings). April 19, 2022If you are just looking for a place to live this is your place. These apartments are disgusting. They will take your money before you move in and you will be in a infested dirty apartment. That maintenance cannot attend to your needs because they’re understaffed at moment. December 2, 2021So far it hasn't been very good. Cheap wall paint, paint splashes on floors, cupboard vinyl peeling off near stove, cracked granite counter, mildew smells under bathroom sink. Spider crawling down from vents, closet wall shelves make it impossible to move clothes, loud noise from bar behind apartments. People unwilling to throw their trash in the dumpster and leave it outside the dumpster. Gym needs new equipment, very outdated and boxing systems never works. The pool always looks dirty. No.hooks ...for towels near sinks, the grills are disgusting outside and broken. Need a play area for kids in the complex. Super high rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
