The Villas meet our needs
July 4, 2021When we were looking for a suitable place to live we searched all over the area. The Villas had the space, amenities and flexible leasing terms we were looking for. The staff has been welcoming and accommodating. We had 1 maintenance issue that was addressed. The renovated units are really nice as well. NOT what you think it is
June 8, 2021We’ve have neighbors blasting music for days, have called, emailed, went by the office and they say “oh we’ll address it”… days later and nothing has been addressed. The parking is horrible. Lease claims that only 2 cars per house but there are people with 3 or more cars and the office doesn’t do anything because “we don’t have assigned parking” even though it’s in the lease that we have 2 spots ? The only good aspects are that the maintenance people and the pool… that’s it. It’s gone downhill ...since we started renting, wish we didn’t resign!Property Manager Responded
