June 17, 2025The leasing office is a revolving door. No one ever answers the phones. It seems the leasing office staff is only concerned about renting to new tenants instead of answering the concerns of current residents. Sad thing is, I've read reviews of other comparable apartment complexes and understaffed, non-responsive leasing office personnel seems to be widespread.Review from Apartments.com

June 10, 2025Desperately need a blown light bulb changed in my closet that has dry rotted and is hanging by a thread from the socket. Being given the runaround. I removed all my clothes and shoes from my closet to give maintenance room to do what they need to do but every time I call the leasing office asking for an eta they say they will relay the message…. And nothing. STILL also waiting on a ceiling water stain (from a roof leak) from a month ago to be painted over. I understand other residents have called ...in before me for maintenance requests like hvac/air issues also. I’m trying to be patient.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 5, 2025It would be great if the gate was working. The gate never works and it is very frustrating. I moved here and feel a lot more secure as a single mother when the gate is closed. It hinders people from entering the property that are not here to visit someone. In addition, the pool is not ready and the dog poop is excessive.Review from Apartments.com

April 3, 2025Overall, I am pleased with living in the Villas at Houston Levee. It is a relatively quiet and comfortable living experience. There are a few issues as with living anywhere but the leasing agents and maintenance teams are usually very quick to respond and are professional and courteous.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2025Gate is always broken. Pool is clean sometimes. Grass gets mowed. Dog friendly. Otherwise it’s a nice place to live. People are sometimes nice. Really kinda upset about the gate.Property Manager Responded
