I’d be shocked if you have a good experience
March 7, 2023Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here. I don’t even know how they’re still able to run a business if they consistently failing to communicate. If I would’ve known what I knew now, I would’ve just slept in my car until I was able to find something better. Don’t let this place be your last resort.Property Manager Responded

Amazing
September 12, 2015I absolutely love living at the Villas of Lawson Creek. The apartments are very well kept they keep the lawn always looking amazing and clean. All the awesome extras that come with living here aren't bad either free Internet, cable, car wash, in ground pool, gym, and movie theater. Out of all this the thing that I absolutely love is that when ever I walk in to the office to pay rent or ask a question I'm always greeted by my name. Great place to live!
August 14, 2015Like I said it's a great place to live. At first rent may seem high but cable and internet, as well as trash and water of course, are included in that price so remember to factor that. Decent pool and very pet friendly. Speaking of pets the only reason I rated it 4 and not 5 stars is because I'm still pretty sour over a change. When I moved in their was a 1 time pet fee of about 200 dollars and no monthly fee in the past year they were like yeah that's a thing now give us 15 more a month.
