October 24, 2023Absolutely disgusting apartments! This apartment complex is not worth your time or money. The maintenance will make excuses about not doing their job. They will never fix anything correctly. Management will never call you back or deal with issues properly. There are plenty of better places nearby. Go to those! The Property is excellent
November 21, 2019The Villas at Newnan Crossing are a wonderful from the moment that you come in the leasing office to inquire about an apartment until the time you actually move in to your apartment the all the women in the office do their very best to help you. I've been living here for a little bit over a year and I love it. Whenever you have an issue you can speak with either Megan, Sierra, Sharon, or Anne and they will make sure that your issue is resolved. Terrible
November 15, 2018The entire property really needs some work. Hallways are dirty(trash stains where waste retriever drags garbage down the hall), lights all over the property are not working, mail area is in disrepair (mailboxs broken/unable to close properly), and the entire property, other than around the office, needs landscaping help. The apartment itself is nice but with the amount of rent we pay monthly I feel as though the list above is unacceptable.Review from Apartments.com
I hate this place!
August 2, 2018This place is the worst! They claim to have all these amenities, and perks but honestly, it's not worth the money! It's insanely expensive. The gates NEVER work. They've been broken for like 6 months now. The pool is never clean. The car wash is broken and the vacuum in the car wash hasn't worked in the two years I have lived here. The "valet" trash is the suckiest service ever. They never pick up the trash and we still have to pay full price. You don't even get the option to opt out of the valet ...trash service to save money. You can hear everything your neighbor does because the walls are paper thin. They never come and change your air filters and you have to REQUEST exterminators to come spray your apartment even though it's included in the monthly rent. They have never been to our apartment. Not once. Thank goodness we don't have bugs, We got stuck here for another year because of the policies they have put in place for leaving (they make it FREAKING impossible to leave)! I HATE THIS PLACE. We were late on last month's rent (because we're broke and because they raised the rent $80 for no reason this year) and they proceed to close the online portal for paying them and tell us we have to get a cashiers check to pay them. I can't pay with my card, it has to be a cashiers check. THIS IS FREAKING RIDICULOUS! Why in the heck would you close the way I've been paying you for two years. Not to mention, we have NEVER been late prior to this. It doesn't make any sense! I'm trying to pay for the crap that doesn't even freaking work and you close the way I pay you and make it even more difficult and more expensive for me to pay you. This place is terrible. Don't waste your money or your time. Not to mention, if you get an "attitude" with them because of the crap they put you through, they kick you out. I guess that's the way to get out of a lease. HA! August 15, 2015I love this apartment! It is a huge upgrade over my last one, but with an unfortunate event happening to my roommate, I have to move since I will not be able to afford it on my own.
