September 14, 2024Villas of Old Concord are very nice apartments. I have lived here for 3 years. Location is convenient to the highway. The maintenance crew is very good too. The only complaint I have is the dumpster area, people are leaving their furniture and their trash bags on the ground. It is nasty some days. July 31, 2024I think that this place is in a great location otherwise nothing special. The gym is small, packages aren’t the most secure, the pool is shallow, and staff is neutral.Property Manager Responded
