What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs. It's all well and good if you can pay the ridiculous rent for a sub par dirty location. But if you have issues paying rent once prepare to be kicked to the curb and treated with zero respect. You can call customer service and ask exactly what you need to pay in fees, but their incompetent employees have no idea what the fee schedule is and seem to arbitrarily pull numbers out of nowhere that don't actually represent the amount owed. them on it, because they do not care about you. You do not matter to them. BY THE WAY, don't swear on the phone with them. They seem to have ruined enough lives that they made to make a policy of fining people for speaking their mind towards this garbage place! It's actually kinda funny. If you're ok with paying stupid amounts of money for one of the worse places you'll live with a landlord that sees you as nothing more than dollar signs, go for it. But if you want a respectable place that actually cares about people, go far far away and never look back.
