December 22, 2024The Irvine Company does not care about you at all. They try to make you happy with words that mean nothing. When you have an issue pertaining to theft or security, they will ignore you when it matters most and then try to convince you that they are doing all they can. In reality, they can and will do nothing. They will shove your lease back in your face and then say they are "sorry" for doing literally nothing to help you and they "hope they have helped you find a resolution". No, they have ...helped nothing. After staying here for over a year, the niceties don't work anymore. They have a revolving staff every few minutes to the point where they are disorganized and cannot help you when it matters. Don't count on the safety of yourself or your property when staying here. The gates to the parking garage which give access to the entire complex are broken at least twice a month and allow anyone and everyone in to the complex. Villas at Playa Vista - a disaster
October 29, 2024One of the worst possible places you could ever live. Fire alarms go off constantly. At least 7-8 full days so far in 2024 and the building management does not care at all for the impacts on babies/pets. They provide no information other than the alarms will be on all day and they can provide zero accommodation regardless of the impacts to health/safety for babies or others that have hearing related health issues.
