Great location and quiet area HOWEVER….

I have lived here for about 3 weeks now. I’m sad I even moved here. There are ants everywhere. They came and sprayed but there are still ants biting me. The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in so I’ve been cleaning the place like the light switches. How are the lights switches dirty. There is a weird smell coming from my 2nd bedroom like mold or sour. The washer and dryer are terrible. I have to put the dryer on twice just to have dry clothes. The trash service is a waste. You pay 30$ ...
just for them to choose not to pick up your trash because it’s a black trash bag. It’s only one though. I don’t use white ones because they don’t hold well. This place is literally temporary. I couldn’t imagine staying here for a year. The front office staff is nice. The area is quiet and safe. The schools are good.

Great location, quiet complex BUT…

These apartments are in a great location because there’s no crime and it’s very quiet but I have had a pest problem for about 5 months now. They send in pest control to spray but it has gotten worse and worse. I cannot use my dishwasher, pantry and now oven because there are ROACHES infesting these areas. I have emptied and cleaned everything I can think of and they’re still here. Management says they care but they send in the mediocre pest control and say they’ll do a building clean out but then ...
go radio silent. I’d love to stay but at this point, the pest problem is a health hazard.

Super helpful staff

I came and toured on a Saturday and was approved the same day! My move in was scheduled for the following wednesday and I was greeted by a team of helpful staff. I was accommodated throughout my move in and they have nice events for the residents!

GREAT HOME

The apartments are updated and very clean and nice to live in. I love living here! Maintenance isn't too fast on repairing things, but they are super friendly and nice. All of the staff is really helpful and kind. The balconies are a nice size. The only thing that I would look out for is the roaches. In the summer, they get really bad because there are magnolia trees all around this property and they live in them. They will inevitably get in your apartment, especially if you live in one right ...
next to a magnolia tree. Other than that, they do keep up with pest control and the landscaping is pretty well-kept.

Had problems with Mice!!!
October 2, 2016
I moved in when the apartments were first built, although I had bookkeeping issues with the first leasing property it did not compare to the ones I had with the current ones. They jacked up the price of the utilities to 3 times they were before and to appease the residents they chose to go with a cheaper pest control company. As a result my apartment became infested with mice. I moved out because of there refusal to adequately deal with the problem. Now they are trying to charge me over $3000 for ...
paint, carpet which are considered normal wear and tear plus for breaking the lease. Stay away from this place. They are greedy and don't care about the residents. Other things like inaccurate book keeping and wifi interruptions due to incorrect installations are other problems. So many people have moved out of this place. It's a revolving door.

Home away from home

This apartment complex can only be described in one word, "Impressive!" Well-designed and safely located in a beautiful community surrounded by modern day conveniences, it is definitely a place to call home. I recently moved here from another state to start a new job. I searched, chose, and did everything online and by phone without physically seeing the place first. All I can say is my expectations have been far exceeded. I would definitely recommend this appartment to anyone.
