Roach motel
September 11, 2023Roaches everywhere, moved into an apartment with a badly fixed window, move in date was delayed after I arrived because there were workers changing the flooring and it was done incorrectly, ac barely works and pipes make so many noises. This place should be Demolished
December 26, 2019Its apparent upon site that the place is not well taken care of. Upon entering the apartments the stench, the obvious cheap attempt to paint over damages that should have been properly repaired and the roaches is unbelievable. My friend put in request after request to have them spray and make just simple repairs went ignored. I know we ALL have to work, but the people that manage this property and gladly lease these units should have MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. They have NO Conscious. HORRIBLE COMPLEX
April 8, 2017DON'T MOVE IN, if u like living with MICE, ROACHES, BUGS and Plumbing problems every week then this is the place for you. Maintenance is too "Busy" to fix the issues or just Don't Care, they leave a mess behind, they had to make a whole in our wall and Forgot to cover it. we moved in during winter and it took them a MONTH (30Days) to fix our heater it was 39 Degrees at night we had to buy plugin heaters. it took also a Month before we could use the guest bathroom because of Plumbing Issues and ...it dripping downstairs to the neighbors home, they said they were waiting on a part not sure what delivery method they shipped with but it wasnt express more like delayed. the office females are Rude and Helpless all they'll tell you is to fill out work order forms every week it's the same form but issues have yet to be looked at, but what they Will Do is move you into a unit thats NOT ready carpet ripped with nails poking out can't be barefoot at home, blind sticks missing in all rooms wall has different paint spots, broken towel hooks, mice wholes WORST place to call homeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
