    I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. Stephanie and team are wonderful, helpful, caring, and make living at the villas safe and comfortable. Living on the first floor has been quite. It is a great place for all ages and it is safe living here. It’s like you have your own private oasis inside your apartment are newly renovated living spaces modern and functional. There’s not covered parking, but your car is very safe The area is secluded. There are two clean pools and a ...
    small gym and two recreational areas along with a jungle gym for kids. The apartments are pet friendly and have a lot of area to walk dogs even a dog park across the street from our Lil oasis. The surroundings are gorgeous and your neighbors are quiet. I highly recommend moving here. Close to many restaurants and shopping and a ten min drive to the beach. Easy access to both 95 and 295 freeways.

    The staff here are phenomenal and the residents are so kind and quiet. This place is so secluded. The only issue I have is they do not spend enough on amenities. The gym is ridiculously small and the club house has barley any entertainment

    Very clean, community is usually quiet in a good way, so many community activities. They have a lot to do here for everyone, the kids play ground, pools, for the adults there is a 24hr gym and they also have a dog park!

    I just moved into a one bedroom one bath apartment. The community manager was extremely helpful during the application process and the viewing of the apartment. The apartments are very nice and fit my needs perfectly and the community itself is very quiet and nice with a foresty vibe that I really like.     Hate the ducks and poop from them and community pets but other than that there are several pros Nice pools and gym is small but a gem in my opinion

    The community is quiet and clean, staff and neighbors are friendly, haven’t had much maintenance issues but I have they are quick to fix the issue. Conveniently close to a lot of shops yet away enough for peace and quiet.

    I am so glad that I moved here. The staff is incredible. I love that they have special events for the residents and sometimes they even hand out breakfast treats on holidays in appreciation of the residents. I have such a wonderful view and all of the amenities are very helpful. It has just been an awesome experience. So much so that I just renewed my lease. I'm very glad to be truly home.
