I’m not sure if we should still lease on this place! We submitted our application 2 weeks ago and paid the holding fee and were told everything is okay. The leasing agent (I will not name her) is so unprofessional, she keep telling us she was just waiting on the manager to sign off and will send our packet right away. She told us the same BS 3 or 4 times for the last week, now we could not get ahold of anyone from the office! This is very upsetting!!! We plan on moving in next week and there’s no ...
update or anything in our application. If this is the kind of management I will have to deal with when we start living here, I should think it over again whether to lease with this apartment or not! I’m just so frustrated with this unprofessional people! Very disappointed with how they do business!

My experience at Villas at Towngate has been pleasant. The apartment is spacious, the amenities are top rate, the community is well balanced. I have been here 9 months and I have enjoyed my experience. The issues I have are minimum and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to reside.

Wonderful apartment with a nice view, clean, quiet, and responds within normal time for any repair needed.Never had any issues with management staff. Everyone is respectful.Never had any issues with neighbors. Very private atmosphere.
